ARAMIS is a line-of-business oriented job management system with functions fulfilling tasks from the administrative as well as operative division of your company. All essential processes can be handled and controlled in ARAMIS. Apart from that, ARAMIS is highly flexible: you can take advantage of the possible modular application and expansion, and of many ways ARAMIS can be customized within its modules to accurately mirror the individual workflows of a media company.

Communication between customers, consultants, internal administration and production being highly essential criteria for all your processes, ARAMIS targets the optimization of information and work flows. Controlling data becomes faster, easier and safer. Reversely, cost intensive error, redundancies and mistakes are reduced. In the end, your company achieves better overview (MIS), the usage of savings capacities and a reduction of attrition loss in cooperation between involved people and processes.

As a central system of a company, ARAMIS can help you organize all important job information in a reasonable and well arranged manner. When calculating, planning and editing jobs, ARAMIS collects and manages all data centrally. For this purpose, all user interfaces can be customized according to the line of production and application.

Collected data can be provided and edited in various forms: by ARAMIS administrative divisions, as digital brief case in the operator intranet, in the customer web portal, or in exchange with interfaces (e.g. JDF/JMF) for third party applications.

Also, automated processes can be activated and managed by ARAMIS. For instance, an individual data structure is generated when creating a job profile, customers will be automatically informed of proof data, or printing cards from other systems are provided with job details automatically.
