Cost-saving through efficient stock control
For a company, considerable costs are connected not only with the acquisition but also with the management of stock items. Additionally, the optimal usage of storage space and the usage of surplus of certain articles are noteworthy cost factors. Efficient inventory management therefore always means direct cost reduction. ARAMIS not only offers the possibility to manage storage space, stock items and surplus but it also puts this information in direct relation to its orders or its clients.

Comfortable and individual handling
In ARAMIS, it is possible to exactly project different stock through an individual coverage of the storage space. On this basis, the subsequent storage and stock removal within ARAMIS occurs. Depending on the type of article (sleeves, sheets, paper, etc.) specific information about the articles can be recorded or automatically taken over from suppliers’ data. The recording of stored articles or articles removed from stock is possible via ARAMIS user interfaces e.g. browser-based via intranet, as well as via a touch screen terminal. The option of usage of barcodes and a barcode scanner can additionally simplify handling.

More automation and overview due to ARAMIS
Basic features such as managing the minimum inventory or recorder level are obligatory in the ARAMIS inventory management. Furthermore, ARAMIS can check the inventory of the required article or the surplus articles directly after the enquiry or placing of an order and generate a repeat order if need be. The necessary stock items can also be reserved for an order or a client. Surplus management rounds up the optimal usage of inventory materials. Last but not least, exact protocols of the corresponding procedures are available for all processes concerning the stock items.
