ARAMIS Module Statistics
Through the central compilation of all job information and the exchange via interfaces with other systems, comprehensive information is available for statistic evaluations in ARAMIS. This applies especially in the usage of the ARAMIS digital portfolio and production data acquisition module. With the recording of time and quantity, dedicated evaluations can be done which go beyond the statistics on client and clerical turnover or agency fees. Through corresponding production data acquisition, article, cost centre and employee turnover up to exact observation can be checked and statistically evaluated. Even the important evaluation of work in process is possible through this. The issue of statistics is done in form of tables or graphically and can be exported.

ARAMIS Module Creditors
The inclusion of suppliers or creditors is an option for commercial administration with ARAMIS. Furthermore, this area of activity is connected with ARAMIS’ workflow management. That way, not just certain external services can be directly enquired about during preparation of an offer at the corresponding supplier. Even establishing an order with certain services can lead to an automatic order. Besides the management of suppliers’ master data, ARAMIS also offers the opportunity of collecting purchase invoices and taking over these costs in invoicing or evaluation within the statistics. An even higher level of automation can be achieved through the connection of ARAMIS Stock Control with the creditors module.

ARAMIS Module Basic CRM
In most cases, ARAMIS is used by customer consultants since they find all the important information at a glance. Many therefore want to control or record client contacts, deadlines and follow ups via ARAMIS. The ARAMIS module client action journal offers the most important features of a CRM tool (Customer Relationship Management). For each client, actions and follow-ups can be entered or automatically created for example upon making a proposal. A list shows the history as well as the upcoming appointments marked in colours. The definition of the action is left to the user.

ARAMIS Module QuickShot
In some companies, there are always small orders apart from the big ones which have to be handled without high expenses. In order to simplify the compilation and calculation of such QuickShots, there is a similarly named ARAMIS module which enables you to enter all basic information such as client and delivery address, the operating position and the price in just one interface. A QuickShot job also gets an order number and it can be administered and evaluated in the order archives, in deadline monitoring, the production data acquisition as well as statistics.
