QBF has created a new service, with which all QBF customers can submit all their support enquiries quickly and transparently. As of now, a practical online portal for questions, requests, and customisation jobs has been made available. It allows QBF clients to access the status of their request, and the associated data and documents at any time. [more]
You too can benefit from the service by way of a simple registration:
Please call Frank Nigbur at +49 (0)221 - 399091-0.
Our support portal is based on the same technology as the successful QBF customer portals for job management in repro houses. Most users should therefore be able to quickly familiarise themselves with the portal environment. All our customers will of course receive an easy to understand user documentation ahead of time. In case of any support-related queries, we will provide you with an individual, password-protected user access right away. For customers with an existing support agreement, the use of our new portal with all its benefits will be free of charge.
We have implemented this new portal to increase our ability to process support-related challenges. In addition to the increasing number of employees at QBF, particularly the number of international customers is ever increasing. By way of a centralised system, we will be able to better capture and organise your requests internally, and optimise the allocation of relevant resources to address your needs.
You will therefore continue to benefit from our target-oriented, competent query processing measures - but with an entirely new dimension of transparency and traceability. We would therefore ask you for your understanding that we will ‘forward’ personal requests received by phone or via email to our new portal. That way, we will be able to maintain and continue to increase our high level of support for all our customers.

The QBF departments Customer Service and Programming moved to new, more spacious premises. The move reflects the continued growth experienced by QBF over the past months. The company’s move in terms of its geographic location is not significant: the premises at Overrather Strasse will be vacated in favour of the larger location at Rösrather Strasse 565-567, just 4km away. We are looking forward to welcoming you at our new home in the near future! |

The InTouch Group Ltd. implements QBF MIS solution
One of the largest and most successful British packaging prepress companies, The InTouch Group Ltd. based in Leeds, has recently decided to introduce the Management Information Systems (MIS) by QBF. [more]
Soon, more than 180 members of staff at offices in Leeds, Portsmouth and Manchester will be working with the specialised industry solution. The system is called "Networker", is based on the established MIS solution ARAMIS by QBF and was adapted especially for the Matthews group. Thanks to InTouch’s decision, QBF is now supplying all flexo-oriented Matthews companies in Europe with a standardised system.
Along with their classic repro work for printing plate manufacture, The InTouch Group Ltd. also offers packaging design and artwork. This full service is particularly of benefit for large brand owners. For these clients, InTouch uses the MIS solution as well as the successful QBF internet client portals, for job tracking and online approvals for example. Furthermore, on-site PPMs (Print Production Managers) will be recording and editing jobs from brand manufacturers using the QBF solution. The aim is to achieve a consistent flow of information, with contributions from the tested interfaces for BackStage® and WebCenter® by EskoArtwork.
InTouch is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and is looking to make improvements in automation, efficiency and customer service. Choosing QBF is an important step towards reaching these targets. In order to best fulfil their promise for faster and also cheaper product launches with “more robust” solutions, InTouch is using an MIS solution that offers exactly these advantages. Comprehensive integration, simplified processes including “KPI on demand” and unique possibilities for client portals – QBF solutions offer exactly the values that are held most strongly by InTouch.
